Hunyadi – Rise of the Raven

Touted as one of the most epic European TV productions of all time, Rise of the Raven tells the story of János Hunyadi, the unlikely hero who defied the odds at the siege of Nándorfehérvár (Belgrade) in 1456. This victory stopped the Ottoman advance towards Europe for 70 years, and Pope Callixtus III ordered the bells of every European church to be rung every day at noon in commemoration of the victory – a tradition that still continues today.

Commissioned by Spectral Studios, we worked on the full CG establishing shots for Rome, Milan and Vienna – each crafted to immerse viewers in the grandeur of 15th-century Europe. We also created a tranquil garden setting in Edirne, capturing the elegance of the Ottoman world. By blending historical authenticity with cinematic scope, our work helped set the stage for this monumental production.
